MonoM was founded in 2016 as a company of the Álava Group, with almost half a century of experience implementing high-tech solutions to improve processes and profitability in industry. We are a team of industry and software lovers ready to achieve great challenges.
We are confident that IoT, AI and Big Data will help us change the industry with the power of data. That's why our value proposition is an IoT platform based on PdM (Predictive Maintenance), Machine Vision and Infrastructure Auscultation, with Artificial Intelligence.

The Talent of our company
We have now exceeded 20 collaborators in our company, and that's not counting all those who collaborate with us from our parent company (Grupo Álava) or partners who help us to develop this exciting project.
Our team has extensive knowledge in technology and industrial digitalisation solutions in the disciplines of Product, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Data Science, among others.
His work involves working on first level projects with relevant clients from different industries. Their day-to-day work follows an Agile methodology, marked by the company's Business Plan. They carry out their work from home or any other place where they want to be and/or from the headquarters based in Madrid.
